Collaboration is the key to achieving robust sales and a healthy balance sheet. We at Pate Developers have fortunate to be relatively unaffected by the slump in the real estate market. However, being complacent is never a good idea. One must become future-proof.

Pate Core Circle 2016 was an idea that germinated late last year. Over the years Pate Developers has built a vast network of channel partners and created a strong sales front. It was time that we connected with these channel partners, networked with them and symbiotically charted a course towards growth.

Held at VITS Hotel in the upcoming western business hub of Balewadi, Pate Core Circle was attended by over 600 channel partners. The meet commenced with a Q&A session with our founder Mr. B.K.Pate. Having started his career as a channel partner, Mr. Pate enthralled the audience with the various stages of his professional journey. The attendees were given more in-depth information through a few films and presentations.

As the evening proceeded, all channel partners were networking and sharing ideas over refreshing beverages and appetisers. The personal interactions and insights shared, further strengthened the bonds between Pate Developers and channel partners.
